HubSpot: Reassigning Follow-Up Tasks

Please reference this support article to learn how to reassign follow-up tasks in the CRM platform, HubSpot.

  1. Login to HubSpot with the appropriate credentials. 
  2. Toggle on Sales, click on Tasks. Add a view for "Completed" tasks and sort by "Completed At".

  3. Review your center's completed tasks for the last 90 days. 
    1. Identify any high priority tasks that were completed that did not have a follow up task created and re-assign them back to your team.
