HubSpot: Reassigning Follow-Up Tasks
Please reference this support article to learn how to reassign follow-up tasks in the CRM platform, HubSpot.
- Login to HubSpot with the appropriate credentials.
- Toggle on Sales, click on Tasks. Add a view for "Completed" tasks and sort by "Completed At".
- Review your center's completed tasks for the last 90 days.
- Identify any high priority tasks that were completed that did not have a follow up task created and re-assign them back to your team.
