Invalid or Lost Login Credentials

1. Open the TOCA Training app on your mobile device.
2. If you have forgotten your username, simply select "Forgot username?" in the bottom right corner of the login screen.
   • Enter the email address associated with your TOCA Training account and tap the request button.
   • An email containing your username will be sent to the inbox of the email you provided.
3. If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" in the bottom right corner of the login screen.
   • Enter the email address associated with your TOCA Training account and tap the request button.
   • An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the inbox of the email your provided.
     • Use the temporary password given and your username to log in to the TOCA Training app.
     • Once you have logged in, tap on the hamburger menu in the top left corner, and select "Settings".
       • Once you have selected Settings, scroll down to the bottom and select "Change Password".
       • You may then type in your current temporary password and reset it to any password of your choosing.
