      Birdeye: Filter Reviews

      Please reference this support article to learn how to filter reviews in Birdeye.

      1. Login with the appropriate credentials.
      2. On the left-hand side of the homepage, select Reviews to see all reviews from customers. Screen Shot 2022-11-28 at 11.39.35 AM
      3. Select Haven't replied to see all reviews still waiting for a reply. 
      4. On the right-hand side Filter by is another option to filter reviews. A filter for region, location, review source, and/or time period are available at quick glance. 
        1. For additional filters, select See all filters.
