      Birdeye: Set Up Account

      Please reference this support article to learn how to set up an account in Birdeye, a business reputation management tool.

      1. To set up an account in Birdeye, an automated email will be sent to the TOCA email address with a username and temporary password provided. Select Sign In to be prompted to the Birdeye login page. Login with the appropriate credentials provided in the email. Select Sign In.

      2. Once logged in, the Birdeye Overview page will populate. This shows a dashboard with a Review Summary, Top Review Sources, Recent Reviews, a Conversion Funnel, Reviews & Ratings Over Time, NPS Summary, Leaderboard, Visitor Summary, Relative Ranking, and Reputation Summary.
