DSR: How to Enroll a Client into Camp

Please use this support article to learn how to enroll a client into a camp using DSR.

NOTE: You can enroll a client into a camp from 3 different places in the software. Please see the steps for each of the methods below.


Adding a Client Through a Customer Profile

  1. Starting from a customer profile, click on the "+" symbol in the upper left and select the program type "Camp".
  2. Search for the Camp Name or filter by Season/Level or other options. You may need to select "Show Future" from the options on the right if the season start date is upcoming. Click on the Camp Name.
  3. Choose whether or not to send a registration email and click "Yes".
  4. Click on the $0.00 amount or already paid amount to open up the camp event registration page.
  5. The available camp events will appear in a "Week Of" display. Select the days or weeks the customer is signing up for and then press the Register button.
  • Depending on registration options set at the Level, customers may be required to register for the entire series or the entire week.

 

Adding a Client Through a Camp Roster

  1. Go to the Programs menu and then press Camp. 
  2. Search for the Camp Name or filter by Season/Level or other options. You may need to select Show Future from the options on the right if the season start date is upcoming. Click on the Camp Name.
  3. Click on the "+" Add button on the upper left corner to search for the customer to add.
  4. Search for the customer or select them from the list of Recent Customers.
  5. Choose whether or not to send a registration email and click "Yes".
  6. Click on the $0.00 amount to open up the camp registration page. 
  7. The available camp events will appear in a "Week Of" display. Select the days or weeks the customer is signing up for and then press the Register button.
    Depending on registration options set at the Level, customers may be required to register for the entire series or the entire week.
  8. When ready, click the Checkout button to proceed to the payment screen.


Adding a Client Through the Calendar View

  1. From the Calendar view click on the Camp event. 
  2. Click on View next to the Camp Name.
  3. Click on the "+" Add button on the upper left to search for the customer to add.
  4. Search for the customer or select them from the list of Recent Customers.
  5. Choose whether or not to send a registration email and click "Yes".
  6. Click on the $0.00 amount to open up the camp event registration page. 
  7. The available camp events will appear in a "Week Of" display. Select the days or weeks the customer is signing up for and then press the Register button.
    Depending on the registration options set at the Level, customers may be required to register for the entire series or the entire week.
  8. When ready, click the Checkout button to proceed to the payment screen.
