      Enrolling a Client into a Free Trial (Youth Programs)

      This article outlines the proper steps to follow to enroll a client into a Free Trial session for Group Training or Strikers

      Steps:

      1. Click on the Youth Programs tabScreen Shot 2022-09-08 at 5.28.58 PM
      2. Click Sign In next to the session (Day/Time) to sign the client up forScreen Shot 2022-09-08 at 5.30.58 PM
      3. Click the Adv. Register ButtonScreen Shot 2022-09-08 at 4.39.08 PM
      4. Search an existing client in the client search bar or create a new client with the Add New ButtonScreen Shot 2022-09-08 at 4.43.06 PM
      5. To make a Free Trial reservation, click Make a single reservationScreen Shot 2022-09-08 at 5.01.52 PM
      6. If the client has not had a Free Trial before, the retail screen will prompt a checkout for a Free Trial session. Click Add ItemScreen Shot 2022-09-09 at 10.42.04 AM
      7. Select a payment method and finish checking the guest out
      8. The client will be added to the roster with the Free Trial Payment TypeScreen Shot 2022-09-09 at 10.45.34 AM
