Book and Manage a Single Individual Guided Session

• Login to MBO.
• Select thetab. 
• In the calendar, identify the desired trainer to deliver the individual guided session for the client.
• Using the cursor, select a desired time slot where the booking is to take place.

• On the left hand of the screen, locate the Client Search field and search for the player’s first name and last name. Select the user.

After locating the person, locate the Service feature and choose ‘Guided - 1 Player | 60 Minute’.

With service feature set to ‘Guided - 1 Player | 60 Minute’, locate the Resource field and assign a designated studio where the guided session is to take place.

To finish booking, click on ‘Book’. 

After finishing the booking, it is important that the staff verify and confirm the booking has performed properly. Perform a client search, select the client, then select ‘Schedule’ at the top of the ‘Client Home’ page. Verify the booking is present and correct.
