The article will guide you through the steps to cancel or reschedule a group training session for a client.
Steps:
- Click on the Youth Programs tab
- Click Sign In next to the session (Day/Time) to cancel or reschedule for the client
- Click the red "X" next to the client in order to early cancel the visit.
- This will put the pre-paid session back on their account to schedule for another time.
- Click Sign In next to the new session (Day/Time) to sign the client up for
- Click the Adv. Register Button
- Search an existing client in the client search bar or create a new client with the Add New Button
- Single Reservation: To make a single reservation (1 session on a specific day/time) click Make a single reservation
