How to Register for a Class for New Customers

Thank you for your interest in our TOCA Kids Classes! Use this support article to learn how to register for a class. Please follow this step by step guide and if you have any questions please call the TOCA center.

  1. Search the TOCA facility and program you are interested in registering for. You will then be directed to our DaySmart Recreation platform to register for any existing classes we are offering. See the image below for an example of a registration page.
  2. To register for a class, select the type of class you would like to register for by selecting View
  3. A new screen will open with all the current options for classes to register for. There are options to filter the classes available by the time of year, gender, skill level, and days of the week. Select the class age group you would like to register for by selecting View
  4. Now it is time to register for the specific class! Select the day and time that works for you and your child's schedule. The days and times can be found on the left-hand side next to each class. Select Register for your desired class.  
  5. To finalize registration, Create an Account in DaySmart and fill in the required fields.
  6. To save an extra step select Add Child account during set up process to add children to your parent account. This allows you to create one account and have one login for all children and activities. Please keep communications set to below so you receive proper communication updates for all classes enrolled in. Select Submit to finalize registration. 
  7. Once you have logged in, you will be asked to complete a waiver. This action MUST be completed before attending any classes within a TOCA facility.
  8. The Activity Registration page will populate. Be sure to check the Registrant name to confirm the child you are trying to register for the course. If you need to add a family member, select the blue +Family Member and fill out the appropriate information. Please add any allergies or additional medical notes or comments if necessary.

  9. Select Confirm Registration to add the class to your cart.
  10. This pop-up will show to confirm the details. You have the option to add another registration for additional classes or other children or the option to continue to checkout. 
  11. Double-check your cart details and add a payment method if it is not already saved to your account. Please note to purchase classes, we require a credit or debit card to be saved on file. Select Checkout to finalize registration!
  12. You have completed your registration process!
