What to do if you receive this when trying to create a TOCA training account in the TOCA Training app.
The TOCA Training app complies with US COPPA laws. In order to create an account for a player who is under 13 years old, a consenting adult must create the account. We verify that there is a consenting adult by using Veratad, a leading verification provider. Neither TOCA nor Veratad stores the information provided- it is simply used to verify that you are an adult and therefore able to create an account for a child.
Veratad checks the information you provide against public records to verify that you are an adult. However, for various reasons the verification does not work 100% of the time.
If you receive the message "Identity Verification failed" when trying to verify your account, please email us at support@tocafootball.com, and we will use an alternate method to verify your identity.
