If clients want to “early cancel” an appointment, click the appointment block on the schedule. After the popup action menu launches, click the words ‘Early Cancel’. A light box will pop up asking if you are sure you want to cancel the appointment. Click ‘Complete Early Cancellation’ to complete, click ‘Go Back’ to return to the schedule view.

After finishing the process, it is important that staff verify and confirm the booking has performed properly. Perform a client search, select the client, and then select ‘Schedule’ at the top of the ‘Client Home’ page. Verify the booking has been canceled correctly.. |
