MBO: How to Rebook a Past Visit

Rebook a Past Visit

  • Login to MBO.
  • Select thetab. 
  • In the calendar, identify the desired trainer to deliver the individual guided session for the client.
  • Using the cursor, select a desired time slot where the booking is to take place.

  • On the left hand of the screen, locate the Client Search field and search for the player’s first name and last name. Select the user.

After Selecting the user ‘Rebook a Past Visit’ dialog window will become visible on the ‘Book Appointment’ tab on the left. Note: Previous visits attended by clients will be viewed inside the ‘Rebook a Past Visit’ dialog window. 

 

By clicking on one of the three previous sessions it will automatically insert the service feature with “Guided - 1 Player | 60 Minutes”. Locate the Resource field and assign a designated studio where Individual Booking is to take place.

 

To finish booking click on ‘Book’ in light blue color which is located below ‘Book appointment’.

 

After finishing the booking, it is important that staff verify and confirm the booking has performed properly. Perform a client search, select the client, and then select ‘Schedule’ at the top of the ‘Client Home’ page. Verify the booking is present and correct.
