After Selecting the user ‘Rebook a Past Visit’ dialog window will become visible on the ‘Book Appointment’ tab on the left. Note: Previous visits attended by clients will be viewed inside the ‘Rebook a Past Visit’ dialog window. |

By clicking on one of the three previous sessions it will automatically insert the service feature with “Guided - 1 Player | 60 Minutes”. Locate the Resource field and assign a designated studio where Individual Booking is to take place. |

To finish booking click on ‘Book’ in light blue color which is located below ‘Book appointment’. |

After finishing the booking, it is important that staff verify and confirm the booking has performed properly. Perform a client search, select the client, and then select ‘Schedule’ at the top of the ‘Client Home’ page. Verify the booking is present and correct. |
