Using the cursor, click on ‘client name’ visible in the scheduled time slot that is to be rescheduled. After the name is clicked, multiple options will appear in these options. Select ‘Reschedule’.

On the left hand sidebar, the calendar says ‘Reschedule Appointment for <client name>’. Use the cursor to move the booking in question to the date the client requested. |

Once the booking is rescheduled, click . |

After finishing the process, it is important that staff verify and confirm the booking has performed properly. Perform a client search, select the client, and then select ‘Schedule’ at the top of the ‘Client Home’ page. Verify the booking is present and correct. |
