This article covers the process to suspend a client's membership and how to use MBO and Hubspot to do so.
Suspensions will temporarily suspend the client's membership and it will automatically restart and charge on the end date of the suspension
Steps:
1. Client must fill out the Membership Change Form at: support.tocafootball.com/membership
2. A task will be created in Hubspot with the client and form information
3. Search the client's profile in MBO
4. Click on Account Details
5. Click Suspend based on the information submitted in the form requesting to suspend
6. Select the Suspension Start Date
7. Type in the number of days to suspend (based on the information submitted)
8. Copy and paste the Reason for Suspending from the form submission (in the Hubspot Task) into the Suspension Notes box in MBO.
9. Click Add Suspension
